We work with you to ready the home site. From excavation and grading to foundation work and mechanicals, budgeting begins with obtaining estimates. Some customers want to get quotes and do some of this work themselves, but most prefer to have the site work completed for them. With our site work services, we handle as much or as little of the site work as you would like.

Your Floor Plan, Your Budget

During the Design Phase, we work with you to establish an understanding of your dream and guide you to make it work within your budget. We inspect your site, design your floor plan, discuss site work choices, establish financing options if needed, and start the blueprints. And, our easy to understand line item pricing means you are in control of the bottom line each step of the way.

Finalizing Selections And Engineered Blueprints

In the Permit Phase, our talented color meeting expert will guide you through the interior and exterior selections process, all in the comfort of our Design Center. We have the resources and samples necessary to select the colors and finishes for your new home all in one convenient location. Engineered plans necessary for the building permit application and detailed final pricing are then completed.

Production Begins

Your custom home is “built to order” during the Construction Phase. Enjoy the excitement as your home is swiftly and skillfully constructed in an indoor, controlled environment, as your site is being prepared at the same time. Your Home Building Consultant is with you every step of the way, especially now, as your dream home becomes a reality.

Welcome Home, Warranty, And Beyond

In the Finishing Stage, your custom home is set on your foundation. Skilled craftsmen are on site completing the finishing touches like installing hardwood floors. Next comes the moment you have been waiting for – welcome home! Planning a housewarming party is easy and exciting when you have plenty of cabinets and closets to unpack your boxes. Even after you are all settled in and enjoying your home, Connecticut Valley Homes is still there for you. One year after completion, we come back for the warranty service, and ensure your continued satisfaction and enjoyment in your new custom modular home.

And, we provide a 10-year warranty on your modular home. This warranty is offered in addition to all manufacturer material, and mechanical warranties, and is designed to safeguard your investment for years to come.
